Why should you get an Online NLP Certification Course? Well, let me give you the reasons our students use, that caused us to put our long running live NLP Certification Course Online.

I'll break it down into 3 groups:

Learning

Saving

Support

It's a well know fact that learning is better with repetition. The more times you go over the material, the more you benefit from it.

Lets face it, rushing through 7 or 10 days of material is not an ideal learning situation. And some trainer take advantage of that by selling repeats of the training at half price.

With our Online NLP Certification Course you have 130 videos that you can replay anytime, and anywhere, giving you a undeniable learning edge. And more than that, it automatically builds confidence, because now you know that you know.

And trust me, going into a coaching situation, or any situation, with full confidence will overcome fear and resistance in both you and whoever you are working with.

The savings are obvious too. You save money and time. You save by not having to leave home, traveling to where ever the training is being held. Because the training is coming right to your home, by way of the Internet.

You will also save money by not having to travel, as traveling cost continue to rise due to rising oil prices. Air travel, buses, trains, and cars, all use high priced oil.

And if you've stayed at a hotel lately you'd swear they ran on oil - prices have risen everywhere and jumped drastically in some cities.

And don't forget food prices - hotel restaurants know when they have a captive audience. And other nearby eateries follow suite.

With travel time counted into training time - that's a lot of time your losing.

That's time away from work, and time away from family, how do you make that up? And if something happens while you're away, can you handle it by phone? Can you get back quickly if needed? And how do you get the missed information - or money lost if you have to leave the training?

And, oddly enough, lack of support after the training is not thought about much at all. Yet it is the main reason most people drift away from NLP, never reaching their full potential.

Believe me , returning home after a whirlwind 7 or 10 day training, you're going to have a lot of questions. But who will you ask?

And if you plan to be using NLP techniques, and you should be, I guarantee they won't always work as smoothly as they did in your training. You WILL have questions!

As a matter of fact one of the first things we did after setting up our first trainings was to set up monthly NLP study courses. And we continued that on our Online NLP Certification Course, but, because you can repeat the videos as often as you like we didn't have people showing up for the study groups. I guess that was a good thing for everyone.

We are so concerned with your ability to use and work with NLP that we have recently created an NLP Applied Membership site, you should check it out.

There are many more areas where our Online NLP Certification Course will be a better fit for you. And after you join us we would love to hear about them from your point of view.

Ask yourself the question, “What is most important in my life?”

What is your first response?

Does financial wealth come to mind or do words such as happiness, health, contentment, love and peace of mind have more resonance with you? The words you think of are your values – the ways you measure your success.

Self-Esteem Lesson Created Understanding

Truly understanding the importance of living my life based on my own values has been an incredible journey filled with both pleasure and pain. For 20 years, I lived my life... and based my self-worth on other people's values – what they wanted me to do for them. I was treated like Cinderella before she went to the ball, criticized for how I looked, acted and as for my ability – nothing was ever good enough. I tried harder and harder to please people, avoiding any actions that would be seen as wrong. Sacrificing my own values to gain acceptance from my mother and others, I repeated this pattern to overcome their obvious dissatisfaction with me. I believed it must have been my fault since strangers would also point out what was wrong with me.

Winning the approval of significant people in my life was my feeble attempt to find happiness. I never found happiness because I wasn't living up to my values – love, joy, contentment and, most importantly, peace of mind. Instead, I experienced considerable stress that affected my quality of life. It limited me in my career, prevented me from having healthy relationships and most importantly…it affected my health. It took time, but eventually I realized I would need to heal from this emotional pain and stress to reach the peace of mind that I was searching for.

Is it Time for You to Change This Pattern, Too?

If you are grappling with similar issues, or know someone who is, perhaps you understand the importance of changing such destructive patterns. In recognizing these patterns, you may conclude that continuing to feel this way has the potential to be a major barrier to your success and your well being. After making the decision to take responsibility for my own success, I became determined to do what was necessary to overcome these issues by healing the pain inside. My healing started when I chose to take action.

What Worked for Me

Originally, I tried the traditional therapy route. When it proved unsuccessful, I decided to explore other options. Several people shared their experiences with me about NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and how it helped them make significant changes in their lives. I knew from their stories it was what I needed. This NLP process is based on changing unwanted feelings and behaviors. It’s about modeling excellence and applying that excellence to whatever you want to achieve. I felt these principles would help me start living a life filled with love, happiness, joy, contentment, peace of mind and return of my health.

Something amazing had happened to me during my coaching session. At the time, I wasn't able to precisely define the new feelings I felt inside. I experienced a newly found energy, and that felt exciting! I soon began doing things I had once only dreamed about. After several months of consistently feeling different and no longer responding to the criticism of others, I was convinced that NLP really did work. It felt as if I had been released from a cage that, for years, held me prisoner inside myself. I became passionate about learning its processes and becoming a coach, helping people heal their lives and experience their own successes. This was the start of a new journey, a journey leading me to uncovering the real reason behind what causes low self-esteem or low self-worth.

After eight years of helping others break-thru their issues, I noticed a common theme in most of my coaching and training sessions; people struggle mainly from low self-esteem and put a high value on what they assume others think of them. Most of my clients struggle with issues of criticism from others, taking it as a reflection of who they are. Being criticized, abused or rejected is what causes low self-esteem. If you were never hurt from these issues, you would have a strong sense of self and plenty of confidence to do or be anything you desire.

The back is made up of many muscles, but when we speak of back pain, we usually speak about the spine. The spinal column is a stacking of 33 vertebrae, distributed as follows: cervical, dorsal, lumbar and sacral. To simplify this I’m going to refer to these areas as lower, middle and upper back. What you are about to read is not to replace medical treatment. It is to open your mind to the possible emotional connection that may be causing or amplifying your back pain. Note it is important to always have any back pain checked by a medical doctor or a chiropractor.

Emotionally speaking, the back represents our support system. Problems with the back usually mean... we feel we are not being supported. Dr. Milton Erickson was known for saying, “If you don’t pay attention…you pay with pain.” What message is your body trying to tell you? What emotions do you need to change to decrease or eliminate your back pain?

Upper Back Pain

The upper back has to do with feeling the lack of emotional support; feeling significant people in your life don’t understand you or support you. You may feel unloved or you may be holding back your love from someone. Upper back pain could also mean that you feel that somebody is always on your back.

By changing a belief that you are responsible for other people’s happiness, it can relieve pain in your upper back and neck. Do things for others from your heart, not from a place of feeling you have to do it or they won’t love you.

Gaining love of yourself will not only increase your happiness – you will be supported from the inside first.

Middle Back Pain

Emotionally speaking, pain in the middle back comes from feeling guilty about ‘stuff’ from the past. Perhaps you are afraid to explore your past? Maybe you are hiding what is back there? Do you feel stabbed in the back? Do you find yourself wanting to scream out, “Get off my back!”?

In order to move freely into your future, you need to release the past anger and guilt and embrace your present and future with love in your heart.

Lower Back Pain

With today’s financial hard times, are your finances in a mess? Do you worry about them excessively? The lack of money, fear of not having enough, or fear of material loss may be the cause of your lower back bothering you. The amount of money you have has nothing to do with it. It’s the fear of lack of financial support, the fear of your own survival that amplifies the pain.

Eliminating paralyzing guilt, clearing your past from anger and transforming your fear into personal power will help you gain control, well-being and find peace of mind you may long for in your life. It can be done in very little time with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.

Why NLP Practitioner Certification?

Getting your NLP Practitioner Certification is a huge accomplishment, and it's a serious commitment of time and money.

Oh, sure, you can buy an NLP Practitioner Certification online, and not have to learn the process, and there are a lot of people offering NLP Practitioner Certification who don't have the proper training and certification themselves. But that would be like Kissing A Frog and hoping for a Prince or Princess!

But you can, and should, ask a few questions to weed out those types of people who take advantage of others.

The first question to ask is, "Are you a Certified Trainer of NLP?" Pretty simple, huh?

The answer should be just as simple - YES.

If you're wondering what the purpose of having an NLP Practitioner Certification is, well, there are many. And some will depend solely on what you want.

First, I'll mention that you have to be a Certified NLP Practitioner before you can get certified as a Master Practitioner. And you have to be a Certified Master Practitioner before you can become a Certified Trainer of NLP.

But if you're like most people, you're more interested in getting your NLP Practitioner Certification for the wealth of knowledge, life changing processes, and powerful techniques it offers.

And for that, you still must have someone officially trained to teach NLP - Because, only a Certified Trainer of NLP has learned the ability to know what to do, and how to do it, so that the full knowledge of NLP is installed when you take your NLP Practitioner Certification Training.

And stating that fact, to be fair, I must also state the fact that not all trainers are equal.

In order for you to get the best NLP Practitioner Certification Training for you, you must find the trainers, that you feel, match your specific needs to help you fulfill your dreams and desires.

I did say that an NLP Practitioner Certification was a major commitment, well, you don't want to choose just any trainer and not get full benefit from your commitment.

So, contact your trainers, talk to them, have your questions written down and prepared. And remember the most important question:

Are you a Certified Trainer of NLP? Make sure the answer is - YES.

Call Ronda and Bob at Life Potential Developments, your Certified NLP Trainers

Time and time again you read about the importance of not letting your pets sleep in your bed with you. For pet lovers, like myself, I like having my cats sleep at the foot part of my mattress. These hairy children are part of my family. If you feel the same way and would like to have your dog or cat sleep with you without them interrupting you…read on....

According to Dr. John Shepard, Medical Director of the Mayo Clinic Sleep Disorders Center, 22% of their sleeping disorder patients had pets sleeping on the bed with them disrupting their sleep. Since this is a common problem, I am going to share with you some tips on how I trained my two kittens to leave me alone all night long and not wake me up in the morning.

Setting The Ground Rules

The first thing you have to establish is who is the boss in bed, you or your pet? Many people think you cannot train a cat, but I’ve trained my old cat after she was 4 years old not to go into the kitchen. You may be wondering why I didn’t train her sooner, but I was like most people and didn’t know I could until I had training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). After taking my first course to become a coach using the processes in NLP, I started to realize how I could apply what I learned to train my pet not to get up on my kitchen counter. People were always amazed how she would only come to the end of the kitchen’s hardwood floor and not cross over onto the tile.

When setting your ground rules, it is important to determine what is acceptable behavior and what is not.

Pets Are Like Children

Pets are very much like children, they need to know who the boss is and what the rules are. If you don’t take on the role of boss…they will. After you establish your rules it is time to implement your action plan.

The Carrot and The Stick Motivation

Like people, changing behaviors in pets is no different. People and pets alike are motivated by either the carrot (the reward) or the stick (the punishment). I’m not talking about hitting your pet, so don’t get your knickers in a twist. Acceptable punishment like time out works with pets, too. Pets love to be with you so taking away what they want will start to condition them into knowing that if they are to do ‘X’ behavior, the punishment will follow.

It is very common to reward your pet with a treat after they do something you like…this is the carrot. The same applies if you punish the pet for something they did wrong…this is the stick.

What Works Well With Cats and Dogs

After you set your standards of what is acceptable and what is not, then you need to determine what will work as a punishment for your pet. Remember to always reward your pet when they do acceptable behavior. Pets, like people, love to be praised when they please their owner.

Applying This To The Bedroom

Pets are smart; they will associate their behavior to the punishment very quickly. Apply the punishment you chose to deter them from interrupting your sleep.

About a year after my old cat passed on, I decided to get another pet. This time I got two orphan kittens. Within two months of taking them home they were lining up at the kitchen door at the edge of the tile and sleeping at the foot part of the mattress allowing me to sleep without interruptions. Whether it’s 6:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m., they know who is the boss in the bed.

What's Your Call

Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP?

You may think the main reason people use the short term NLP instead of Neuro Linguistic Programming is because it's easier to say, and you may be right, but it could also be because it's simply easier to spell.

If I were to use Google to look at search terms that people use to find neuro linguistic programming training , I would see dozens of ways in which people spelled neuro linguistic programming, but only one way for people to spell NLP.

The simplest difference is in the last word of the three, programming. Often you'll see it with only one "m", like this. Neuro Linguistic Programing.

Another common spelling is combining the first two words neuro linguistic into neurolinguistic. The odd time you will see a Welsh like form of it, neurolinguisticprogramming. (the welsh are know for having some very long word names).

The first word may actually be most troublesome for many folks, as it's such a simple sounding odd word. Some different spelling examples of neuro that I've see are: nero linguistic programming, nuero linguistic programming, nuro linguistic programming, newro linguistic programming and, neural linguistic programming.

Of course the word you would most expect to be of great difficulty would be the middle word, Linguistic. But I think it's spelled correctly most often because it is difficult, and therefore, people put more attention on it, and may even look it up. But I have seen neuro libguistic programming, neuro liguistic programming and neuro liquistic programming.

But, no matter how neuro linguistic programming is spelled, the lesson to learn here - the take away is, the Map is not the Territory. Neuro Linguistic Programming - however it is spelled, is only a word, or in this case 3 words, used to describe a process. It is NOT the process

So don't get hung up on the words, or as we say in NLP, "be carefull not to eat the menu".

Get more control over your life by learning neuro lingusitic programming and focus on what really matters.

Other examples found: nuerol linguistic, nuerolinguistic programming, nureaulinguistics, non linquistic programming, nero lystistic programming, programa neuro linguistic, programmatin neuro linguistique, and programmation neuro linguistique.

Classroom training?

Think about this, if you wore a size 9 shoe would you buy a size 6? No, of course not, your poor feet would hate you.

So why would it be any different with something as important as an NLP training? Unless of course you're just taking an NLP training because you're bored, or want another piece of paper to hang on your wall. But seriously, who can waste time and money like that these days?

Back over 20 years ago, when I started looking for information and training in NLP, I took whatever I could find, and wasted a lot of time and money.

Certainly no one had an NLP Training Online like we have developed. There wasn't such a thing as "online" anything at that time, let alone an NLP training online.

But just the same, I hunted out a trainer that had certain traits, known as values, as I later learned in the master NLP training.

My values and their values had to match in certain areas. That way, I knew that if we had similar values our communication would be easier.

As a mismatch example, consider the trainer with a high value on technique as opposed to my high value on consideration for the client's well being. A simple term, and thought process, like, getting the job done could have two very different meanings and two very different outcomes.

An NLP training focused on getting the job done by performing a technique, perhaps at any cost, may not have the client's best interest and well being in mind. Where as my idea of getting the job done would be to perform a technique with the outcome of success, and the client's well being in mind.

So, in choosing the right NLP training for you, make sure it fits your needs. Start by making a list of your needs and wants and then put them in a hierarchical order, thinking pyramid shape, with the most important on top. Strive to get at least your top values met.

Now's the time to get an

Online NLP Course

The soaring cost of travel won't affect you if you're looking for an Online NLP Course, but for many ...

The rising price of oil and gas are increasing travel cost, and that's not all it's affecting.

More and more people are opting out of traveling for training and education these days, and looking for solid, well constructed, well supported online courses. And getting an Online NLP Course is no different.

But it's not only the increased traveling - ticket cost - that's chewing into your smaller and smaller budget, that's breaking the bank. When you add hotels, restaurants, and miscellaneous cost like taxis and tips, you could be paying more than double the cost of the training.

It use to be that added cost meant added service, but not today. Airlines are on the brink of bankruptcy, so cutting wages is a standard relief. (I won't complain about the little bag of peanuts issued instead of meals, as long as those guys in maintenance are happy

And two back to back trips last year, one to Chicago, and one to Atlanta, resulted in a combined weight gain of 10 lbs. I'm so glad I bought that heavy duty treadmill, as it's certainly getting a pounding this year.

And thankfully the route back from the rolling hills of West Virginia, visiting an old friend, was well marked. Because with a full 10 hours of driving left, our new GPS died.

So when you say to us, "I'm so glad you created an Online NLP course," it makes us feel good about spending that year to put it together. And knowing you"ll get the best training available while putting the thousands saved on travel back into your family account, well, that's just a bonus, isn't it?

What is preventing you for taking action on your ideas or projects? Are you too overwhelmed with all you want to do to actually get around to doing it? Are you longing for a better life, but don't know where to start?

The great author Og Mandino wrote that "to be always intending to make a new and better life to find time or courage to set about it is to put off eating and sleeping from one day to the next until you're dead." Those words are a pretty harsh reality, aren't they?

Why not you? Oh you may think the timing isn't right...and you may be right...it never is; there is always a better time or possible circumstances in the future that may work out better. However, always waiting for a perfect time in the future is dooming yourself to continue an ordinary or mundane life with no hope for change.

Nothing is easier than not starting because it ends everything before anything begins. What is most powerful force is starting. For starting has momentum...it's the beginning of your ideas into action. Even if you are not sure of how you are going to make it all work...starting leads to the next step. Sure there is chance for error; no successful person sits quietly in the corner hoping to have all their ideas mysteriously come to fruition.

Everything begins with the first smallest of steps.

"Ronda and Bob offer one of the most well formatted and thorough training courses available today. If you're looking to dive head first into the world of NLP on YOUR schedule...this is the system for you!" - Todd Newton - "America's Life Coach" and Master NLP Practitioner

Not ready to take sure a big step...that's okay there are many options to get you started on our other website under products.

No matter what your goals are...taking the first step is the most beneficial thing you can do to improve your situation. After all...procrastination is the official language of the poor!

NLP: Being at Cause versus Effect. Which side was Oprah on? Being at Cause is taking responsibility for the outcome of your life...taking responsibility for finding the solution. Being at Effect is staying in victim mode -.blaming the circumstances for the state you are in.

NLP Meta Model focuses on taking the client from Effect to Cause...and then assisting them to their outcome. (The solution)
